Crew Rotation
The TMO forum might be a better place to ask this question, but since I'm here . . .
It would be in the interest of Real Life if 1/4th to 1/3rd of the crew were rotated to other boats after a patrol (and after medal awards and promotions were made). I read somewhere that this was the usual practice during the war. I have fought a complete campaign with some of my crew never making rate above seaman, although they do seem to get 'experiance points'. Earlier campaigns had most of my crew as chiefs and first class petty officers. Both scenerios are incorrect.
I know I can do this myself, but it takes alot of time to choose and replace this many crew members, and I just hate to rotate my most experienced men.
Any suggestions on how to 'randomly' rotate the crew?
