That she takes it on film and "broadcasts" it, is not just bad taste anymore, even if the puppies already were dead (or even dummies?) before she threw them away (I wonder if this is real, or just a fakeshow to gain attention).
It shows a very disturbed mindset, no matter whether it is real or fake, because she shows a carelessness for life that is worrying.

Very true Skybird. When I lived in NY as kid I witnessed plenty of people dumping animals off bridges into rivers or a sack of animals is dropped from a car in traffic. It is disturbing the very lack of emotion for life itself.
