The game will also check for a connection when you are playing, so the authentication part must be working. The only thing that I know is different between the tutorial and the proper game is the menu is hidden at the start, does the tutorial work when the menu appears? At what point does it kick you from the tutorial?

Tutorial works fine, but after going to first mission after completing the tutorial, the game loads to the point, where you should get control of the sub in 3D world and crashes to desktop.
Same thing if skipping tutorial. The game loads until you would get control and crashes to desktop.
