I haven't had any problems with it either, but totally agree with CCIP. I can only imagine the frustration it has caused for some.
... and how many are out there who "just gave up" on SHIII because of this issue. Money is tight for many and eating $40.00 U.S. is an unacceptable waste.
To state the blindingly obvious... you shouldn't have to work so hard to get a product to work that YOU PAID FOR!!!
