I wonder who both movies have in common. It's surely not John Wayne... Henry Fonda? Could've been one of the "lesser" players I guess.
Anyway - I tried to watch
Midway once but I couldn't get through it. And as I've said before, if they want to make a movie about the PTO and have me root for our side, they really shouldn't put Toshiro Mifune in charge of the Japanese navy.
