I've been playing for 3 days, yet my mod list already got a bit messy:

[CUT] EDIT: From now on I only update my list in post #131 of this thread - so that not to trash it too much.

My absolutely best find is "NewUIs" by TheDarkWraith. It's the very mod that made the game playable and enjoyable. Without it I would be already very, very tired of trying to have fun. You can find it here:
