specifically the bit where the principal changes eric's costume with a white bedsheet to make him up as a ghost to remedy the tastelessness. After being outraged by eric's earlier fuhrer outfit, chef is now even more offended because eric now looks like a kkk member
So many ways that show said something really nasty, yet turned everything upside down with humour. One of the best shows out of the US for its comedy.
