Can you open up your DATA/SEA folder and pick out that DD folder in there. Look at the file 'destroyername'.cfg and see something like this using Wordpad to look at it:

[Unit]
ClassName=DEEvarts
UnitType=3
MaxSpeed=19
Length=89.5
Width=11.1
Mast=27.4
Draft=3.4 -------------------------> Sets how high in water.
Displacement=1192---------------> Sets tonnage.
RenownAwarded=120

Now SH3 Commander randomizes tonnage. maybe the program is messing up the Draft number.

Is your draft for that DD in your picture about 3 to 4 meters? It may show some odd ball number and that is your problem.
