Better to just get a small case and a mATX board with everything on-board. If the graphics-chip dies, you can use an add-in card in the PCI-E slot as replacement. Same for sound or LAN; just put in a card. Also leaves you free to do an upgrade in the future should you want to (better graphics, better sound, etc).
Leaves some room for customization. Honestly doubt you can easily upgrade any part easily in one of those, even just swapping a harddrive might be a headache.
