while you are underwater use "page up" on keyboard until you can see through the surface of the sea.then on the right side of your pannel there must be lock and fire buttons.first lock on to your target then fire.there you go,if you are lucky you gonna hit the target ship!
btw i hope one day we can use manuel TDC with the help of Captains on this forum.
