If the UberMod you are referring to is RUb, the easiest way to do this is to use the UnRealUboat mod. It reverts a few things in RUb, including the God's Eye map.

No need to worry about that. Realism doesn't matter here as long as you're having fun. What's the point in playing if SH3 is going to be boring or overly frustrating for the sake of "realism"?
