This is their policy regarding help:

To provide the most efficient service possible, priority is given to problems reported by the registered StarForce products' users. To end-users we recommend first to report problems to their product publisher Support Representative. The Support Representative is responsible for contacting StarForce Customer Support.
I'm dead in the water as a end user. They didn't respond to my E-mails either. Thanks for the advice, but it looks like a no win situation. I think I'll go back to something easy like running old games on Dos-Box.
