I've done that in the past. Currently I have no files to post, except for older ones.
I'm in the habit of fleshing out the patrol reports. I also don't like the "Ship Sunk!" listing, as I consider it inaccurate concerning the manner of the report. I write out an attack report, giving the type of ship, estimated tonnage, means of attack and results.
At the end of my report I include a list of ships verified by OKM, with all the pertinent information.
This is from a very old patrol report, but should give the flavor of the way I like to do it:
Confirmed Sinkings:
9/8/39: British merchant S.S. Tate; 3,458 tons.
9/12/39: British merchant S.S. Oranjestad; 2,612 tons. Some question on this one at first. Dutch name but flying British flag. OKM confirms British registry.
9/15/39 British merchant S.S. Marslew; 5,031 tons.
11/2/39 British merchant S.S. Moira; 2,676 tons.
Total: 13,777 tons.
