Default CV 63 ?

USS Kitty hawk was not a nucelar carrier. She ran on fuel oil . also when you sat in her galley, and after being in the indian ocean for the 75th day . you would open a box of cerealand alot cockroaches would come out. You would than have to try to open a few more until there wasnt any cockroaches left . I f you got lucky you would only have to open 2 boxes for that day . CAG 15 And VAW 114 . I was a member of VAw 114 and went on a cruise to the Indian ocean aboard The USS Kitty Hawk AKA the ****ty kitty , That was in the year of 1981, During that year we spent 90 consecutive days In the Indian Ocean on the first phase of that hop , we ported In Freemantle Austrlia for a a week and than went back to Indian Ocean again for a another 90 days .. These were the days of the later part of the cold war and and about every day while cruising the Indian ocean we would see a russian bear or a MAYS trying to interfere with air operatins ,, always there was a A f-14 in tow , ready to shoot down the bears or the mays .. I was 17 years and being in the airwing we had to conserve water .. I remember being still a boy (17) and having tears in my eyes , wanting to go home while I was wiping down a A E2x in my sqaudron so we could keep the salwater off the airframe .. USS Kitty Hawk .. She dosnt evern Look Like this model ,. This model looks simular to a Nimitz class Carrier .. Yes I am half Japanese and American . Please do your research there was alot of sailors like myself that served On The ****TY KITTY

REspectfully
