Not an I-Boat it's a Uboat. It the 9D2 hull by the looks of it, probably just converted for a target.

Just for information the Balao, I think the biggest Fleet Boat in WWII (correct me if I am wrong) was 311 ft long

A class 372
B 356
c 356
D was a small one 241 ft, it was used for supplies and troops, were not allowed carry torps.
Sen Toku 400 ft.

So most of the I-Boats were definately not small.
