I redownloaded it, checked its CRC (test is ok), SH4.exe is always in the same folder (main directory), i put d3d9.dll and antilag.cfg files in the
same folder as SH4.exe (as i done with SH3), but...nothing happened (nothing bad too, lol).
I use the same training mission, the one with a lot of 3D objects (island, many boats and one or two airplaines) to perform my tests, as i did with sh3.
Strange, isn't it, 'cause you said that it looks good for you...and certainly for a lot of peoples too.

What is your graphic card manufacturer, ATI or nVidia ? (maybe this dll is more difficult to set with an nVidia grafX card)
