Aaaw, thank you for your detailed aswer Panser
first I tried to delete the SH3 folder in My Documents but it didn't work.
Then I tried the clean & reinstall method and the game works fine even with GWX3 Gold, but, when I added my other mods the problem returns, so it's a mod problem (weird thing because disabling all my mods before the reinstall didn't solved the problem).
Solved disabling Manos Environment Mod (MEP) which was the only mod in conflict with others.
