I use Tuneup Utilities 2010 to clean up my registry after removing a program. Works for me. You can use the link jimbuna pasted. Should be equally effective. Registry cleaners normally identify invalid registry entries - entries from programs that no longer exist. You SH3 entries should be among them. Just run the program and clean em all!
