Now you mention it I do remember. Those career endings were great! I must admit Red Baron was the inspiration for much of my input into SH3 Commander. I loved the fact that Red Baron didn't merely seek to simulate the air combat aspect. The extra non-combat details (like the capture, escape, hospital, the 'war is over' screen, and the gravestone screen) were what made the game seem more real for me. SH3 Commander's post-career and post-war details are derived (at least in part) from Red Baron's example. For me it makes my commander into a real person, and not just a game avatar.
