Just found this myself and thought I'd post a link to it -- but, of course, it's already here.
It's a great read though -- especially if you're like me and have never had anything to do with sub sims before!
BTW has anyone thought about including this in a user interface mod like how the rec manual shows up? It'd be great to read this (or have it handy) in game for operating procedures and/or to kill some time on a long drive
