I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one! I kept restarting my patrols to try new things. I finally joined Enigma Flotilla just so I would have a reason *not* to restart!
(But now I want to see if I can get Longer Repair Times working with Enhanced Damage and Lifeboats and it's driving me crazy not being about to port and try it out
