Only if we create a lot of additional new merchants. Having two units as hospital ships when there are only a small number of different cargo ship types would cause an excessively high number of hospital ship encounters. I doubt most U-Boat commanders even saw them over theo course of their careers. |
Actually, I was only thinking of using the LIBERTY Hospital Ships for the U.S. roster, just so all the countries don't have the exact same ship type as their hospital ships.
