I tried to use mission editor to edit Iceland (GWX) mission to add a minefield in North of my starting location, start the game in single game mode, launch this mission and 'go have a look'.
However, I couldn't find any mines.
Do you mean they are totally invisible in the game thus you can't see htem from periscope(s) or external view?
