The graphic is only compatible with a certain model of KrashTech video card. Please purchase the newest, most expensive KrashTech video card, and update the drivers to the latest payware drivers available from our website. Also, be sure that the KrashFizziks software (a separate payware download) is properly installed and that you have a functioning MatLab suite running on a cluster. Any divergence from the above will result in an orange, or possibly even chartreuse, graphic.

You have misread the dialog,
and we certainly do not make typographic errors here. Install the
Purchaser Identification/Tracking Drivers and that should resolve the issue.
