If you like a sound from a SH3/SH4 sound mod?
Ask permission to use it.
(If it's a sound that was found on the Internet and permissions were not granted
by the original creator? You need no permissions from the Mod maker. Contact the original source for permission.)
If it's an 'open source' file found on the Internet?
Again you need no permissions from anyone that used it in other Mods.
(That's what 'open source' means)
Do not use copyrighted stuff without permission.
