depending the total price I'm planning the following

Current>plan:
Intel Duo Core E6750 2.66ghz >upgrade to a intel Quadcore
2Gb ram > 4Gb ram
MSI NX8800GT512 > GTX460 1gb
a new mobo and probally a new PSU when needed.
