It could be that your CIS was corrupted. Did you run the CIS diagnostics?

The BSOD is the firewall im sure this thing is still a beta, every Comodo FW ends up the same for me. The antivirus is okay just avoid the fw I wouldn't be surprised if thje FW is the cause of some of your problems you been getting.
