I thought about fixing up the binoculars myself, but when I saw the size of the texture file for them, I figured it would be too difficult.
Hawkza has just started work on a comprehensive mod for the exterior. He is planning on combining all past work with some of his work, and tweaking everything to fit together well. I am sure that he would love to be able to include these binoculars into that mod(with full credit given of course).
