As far as I can tell, it doesn't matter what order you place your mods in, it only matters when you have conflicts between 2 or more mods.
When thats the case, you place the conflicting file you want the most, in 2nd.
Example:
I am currently using the following, and in this order;
Accurate German Flags
Ail Bubbles 1.0 micro
Ail Clouds
Ail White Interior 1.0
BRF 1.3 Full
BRF 1.1 HP Balance
Capthelms Audio Mod
Churchs Keyboard Commands 1.1
Critical Hits Torpedos
Critical Hits Deckgun
Environment Mod 3.0
Improved Atlantic Waves
Nauticalwolfs Poster Mod 1.0
Enhanced Funnel Smoke by Hansolo78
North Atlantic Green 1.1
Ail Impurity 1.2 light
IRAI 0.0.11 by TheDarkWraith
NewUIs TDC 3.8.1 by TheDarkWraith
Enhanced Ship Recon Manual 2.10 by Reaper7
Now the only mod conflicts I have are between TDWs NewUIs & Reapers Recon Manual.
Because TDW has updated recon manual files within his NewUIs mod & I would prefer to use Reapers recon manual (sorry TDW), I must
put Reapers in after TDWs, so that those files are overwritten (I believe this is how it works, someone please correct me if I am wrong).
Even with this conflict I am not experiencing any ctds, but I would have to say, the more conflicts you have, the
more ctds you are going to have.
