Files are located in
SH3\data\cfg\Careers\[profile name]\[number of career]\
Within each career folder there are 9 files named corresponding to the name of the save and 1 file named crew_config_[save].cfg
Hope it helps, got that nasty vanishing saves bug myself only when CTD
for two times.
