G'Day all,I nailed a Bogue carrier which was part of a task force of 5 destroyers in my IXC in late 1942 last night.I was travelling on the surface when the radar detector alerted me to them,so I turned at flank speed to get ahead of the task force but 2 destroyers came looking for me.I avoided them and watched the carrier zig zag into a good firing position ahead of me.Fired 2 eels at the keel and they did the job.

My first Bogue Escort carrier kill,then dived to 150 metres and slipped away undetected by the destroyes,a happy time!
