Yep, exactly the same for me too.

Doesn't seem to make any difference day or night - vanilla or modded.

I'm running:
Radeon HD5850.
i7 860
4 GB RAM
Windows 7 Pro

Iust shudders when panning around with the mouse.

Any ideas?
