As already stated, TarJak (a fellow Grey Wolf) is probably your best bet for GWX on disc.
I'm not too sure about game discs rules in your country but do recall TarJak attempting to send me one or two items a few months back which never got beyond customs
If you have a decent internet connection you can d/l the GWX3.0 exe + 7 bin files from my FF account (link above my sig) or alternatively you can grab the torrent to the above or as a further alternative, a torrent to the full single file exe.
