I'm not pro but based on dxdiag report problem causing file atiumdva.dll seems to be part of ATI driver software. Either driver is corrupted or it is lack of proper DirectX version.
What comes to DirectX 9.0 I would like to add, that if game installer gives option for installing DX9 it (in my opinion) is good to use that option instead of installing from net. Reason is that for some (for me unknown) reason all games do not co-operate with DX9 versions available from Microsoft website.
