Already done
. It can spawn as a German, Italian, American, British, Dutch, Japanese, or Swedish unit (I may be missing a few). It would be interesting to try and add hospital ship routes to the map in accordance with major WWII land battles - a route across the channel in 1940 for the Battle of France, one in the Med for Anzio, etc.
