I don't believe that I could personally help but there are much great people who likely find out problem. Could you please post you system info?
Run dxdiag.exe and click "Save all information" in bottom of the new window. I don't use english version of Win 7 64 bit so name maybe slightly different - I just roughly translated to english. Then just copy-paste content of dxdiag.txt you just created to here.
EDIT:
Check that your GPU drivers are up-to-date and if necessary update. If they are I would try reinstalling them completely. Make sure you remove old driver first! If old installation is not properly removed first, new installation may become corrupted.
