Yes, I'm definately running GWX. I think the reason I was destroyed so quickly was that by the time I realised it, the destroyer was almost right on top of me, literally- I think they saw the learner plates on the back of my conning tower. There were about 3 or 4 charges went off, and I think by the time the third hit, my hull was breached pretty badly. Must of been close too as it was extremely loud and the boat tipped over probably 75 degrees. Spilled my coffee n'all.....
With regards my question about the tdc, I think I've worked it out now. I've watched just about every youtube clip I can find and read most of the guides on the subject. My query was basically about the procedures for inputing target data using a combination of both the notepad and manual entry into the tdc. It seems everyone has their own methods they like to use to find and input target data, and it seems to me that you can simply swith between notepad data entry and tdc manual entry at will, back & forth to your hearts desire. I just wanted to confirm that was the case, but have done a bit of testing and it seems as though it is. Let me know if I'm wrong. One thing is for sure- in bad weather it is really difficult to get accurate data using the notepad method of calculating, especially range. I couldn't hit the broadside of a barn in bad weather currently...
