All i can say is that RUB works like a charm for me and probably for most users here.
So i don´t think that your problem has to to anything with RUB.
Are you using additional mods?
How does the unmodded game work? Is the error there too?
Try a complete reinstall, patch the game to 1.4 and do some testing with the unmodded game.
If all went well, apply RUB 1.43 (maybe download it again at
