Yes Neal has the right to ASK for donations, He does NOT have the right to make conditions to access any MOD via the means of a monetary gain. Its the Bane of all Modders, the cost to Host their mod. This is why many sites have Add's as well as a link asking for Donations, but to stipulate that in order to obtain any MOD u have to part with money disgused as a donation is borderline extortion.
