Not on the slo-mo shown on German TV. The goal was absolutely valid, so was the opening pass. the issue on that pass mabye, for the Dutch, was not any possible offside in passing, but an claimed foul that imo simply is no foul but a duel within the usual range of football 1-on-1s.
and while I write this, a Swiss referee just confirms right what I said on that foul on German TV. Nobody even mentions any possible offside here.
However.
If you think the goal was not valid, ease the pain for you and just consider the penalty not given for Spain. That should put you straight.
