I usually delete my carees after death or being captured.
Previous two were with type IX after the usual 3-4 patrols with type II.
Both boats were lost during convoy attacks.
Btw what is DID?

DID is what we use to describe 'Dead Is Dead' meaning if you should get sunk at sea that career is over meaning you dont reload the game to try and offset the unfortunate event.
Sounds to me like you already implement DID into your careers,good job
