Don't worry Sir! I have been studying the mods in great detail, thanks to your earlier recommendations. I have downloaded a few already and plan to start introducing them when I'm next back in port. First off I reckon I will go with FM Interiors and the Water streams mods which look great. I was going to add SH5 water as well but reckon I may hold off on that for a while as there's something about the SH3 water that I quite like, it has a sort of surreal appearance which adds a certain charm in my opinion!
I have copied and pasted your mod list for reference and will be using it in future as you seem to be a man in the know!
