I don't care about internet use being constrained at any workplace in general, and in fact would rather have them, you know, doing their jobs.

That said, if they pass rules for net usage that allow SOME political content, but not other political content, then it's wrong IF THE EMPLOYER IS THE GOVERNMENT.

That last bit is critical. If, as your PRIVATE employer, I only allow you to read Fox News, that's fine by me (or only listen to Pacifica, say, for you commies out there). The State doing that, however, is unconstitutional.

Ban it altogether, no problem, ban SOME thoughts... nah.
