the occasional paracetamol; when I have a cold, or a really bad headache that is just too much to tolerate.
Tea several times a day.
Alcohol, perhaps several times a week.
Tobacco, several times a week (of all, this is the one I enjoy the most, but feel the worst about doing - damn anti-smoking propaganda).
anything illicit? 99% of the things I indulged in as a youth... not for over a decade now. Don't really see the need for things as part of a good night out any more. I'm not sure if this is as a result of a change of lifestyle in general as you get older, or because I simply don't think my body would be able to cope with all of that for a second time around

For two reasons, I guess: For the reason it was given in the first place (that's always a hard place to start from) and for what it can do to people (side effects and dependency and withdrawal, none of which are pleasant to see in someone else, let alone experience for yourself... depends on the individual, but what I have experience of was not at all good).
