Go to your User Control Panel (link "User CP" top left of the forum), go to "List messages". Select the desired folder, and the messages you want to delete (use checkmarks). Go down the page to the pulldown list with "Selected Messages:" next to it. Select "Delete" in the pulldown list. (Advise: Do this before you go to the pub. Unless you want Bernard to be your drinking buddy.
