This is getting beyond ridiculous now. This stupid "war" on drugs has produced nothing but pyrrhic victories, massive debts, and even more drugs. Now they have fully-functional submarines? When will this idiocy stop? Jee-zus, you fight international terrorism for less than a decade and everyone's sure it's a war that can't be won. You fight drugs for half a century with even worse results and people get upset about stopping it
