Where have I seen rowers like that in lifeboats before?

The cfg files from SH4 list:

CrewComplement=XXX
SurvivalRate=XXX
SurvivalPercentage=XXX

XXX being a number.

SH5 cfg files do not have this.
Try adding them and see what happens.
