Pop the following coordinates in Google Earth...

22°42'4.31 N / 120°16'27.28 E

...And set the historical image slider to the Jan 20, 2008 imagery. Its the highest resolution available. Google maps will display them in the same location, but at much reduced resolution. (For some reason, Google is defaulting to older, lower resolution imagery for that area.)

Both measure with the Google Earth ruler tool to within a few feet of the spec- 307ft, as does the USS Becuna, in Philadelphia, which I used as a constant. I'd put a case of beer on those boats being the ex-Tusk and ex-Cutlass.
