What do you mean you have not seen anyone modify the interior, there are a lot of interior mods that change different stuff? I mean, there are no mods that change the 3d modeling yet, but other stuff. I don't like to toot my own horn, but my mod (credit to Conus00, sober, Nauticalwolf, and Naights for their contributions) changes the look of the interior a lot. I don't change any 3d modeling stuff either.......yet

I am not saying that this mod is what you are looking for by any means, I am just saying if I can make the interior look like this, the interior of the sub could be made to look like anything with enough work by the right people. And, I am saying that you might not need to totally rip the interior apart and reinvent the wheel in Goblin to make it look a little more modern(1950ish).
