Late last year I purchased a second hand Icom receiver on Oztion (like ebay) over $600, after a lot of chasing paper work for claims etc I never got it or my money back!
Have a fraud claim lodged with Police, still waiting on that!
However I still use eBay and my wife is a Power Seller there! (100% positive 1151 star rating)
Yes I have lost a little but overall very happy with eBay!
